Theodore Tsigkas, founder and owner
Theodore opened Deligreco in 2013, at first as a combined restaurant, deli and wine shop, later as a restaurant and wine bar.
With his Greek roots Theodore is obsessed with the simple yet tasty mediterranean cuisine in which the ingredients really gets to shine. Besides that Theodore is also a big aficionado when it comes to Star Wars as well as Greek wines. Greek cheeses makes his heart beat too.
Martin Steininger, head chef
Czech born Martin Steininger is all about cooking simple dishes, packed with delight and elegance. And with his experience from some of Copenhagen’s top restaurant Martin has the ability to combine simplicity and elegance.
Martin has worked in several restaurants in Denmark and abroad, latest at the well renowned restaurant Iluka in Copenhagen’s inner city.
